(Overseas orders must contact us for postal price). Please wait 10 working days if you are in the UK or 20 working days if overseas, for your goods to be delivered. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, Please contact us by E-mail. You must included your full contact Email address, item description, date of order and full delivery address. A refund or replacement of the item will be offered, but only after written confirmation is received from the chosen courier that the package failed to be delivered.
THE RIGHT TO CANCELL:
As a consumer you have 7days starting from the day after the day the goods are received to cancel your order (Contract) This must be in the form of a Letter or an email. This is known as "The cooling off period"
REFUNDS:
For a full refund of the Purchase price the consumer must contact Sportingdragon within the cooling off period by Letter or an Email advising that they wish to cancel and return the goods. Postage will not be refunded. You will receive your refund within 30 days of the cancellation date of the contract. If you fail to notify us within the cooling off period, then ALL refunds will be at the discretion of the management
Sportingdragon reserve the right to make refund payments using the most convenient method. This may not always be the same method used in the original transaction.
RETURNS:If you need to return your goods for any reason, then they must be returned as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days starting from the day after the day the goods are received. If your good are not received back within this time a 50% charge will be deducted from your refund. If your goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied you will be offered an exchange or a refund. All return costs payable by purchaser.
GUARANTEE OF OUR PRODUCTS:
We guarantee all of our products against defects, other than those stated, for 21days after the dispatch date. We describe our products as closely as possible, as we sell a large volume of items the product you receive may vary slighty from the description, and due to this the picture is for illustration only.
